Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit axiagrouprealestate.com or get in touch, why we use it and the rights you have over it.

Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is G.M.E. Axia Dream Real Estate L.L.C., of 17th Floor, Blue Bay Tower, Business Bay, Dubai, trading as Axia Group Real Estate Middle East.

For any question about your data, email info@axiagroup.com or call +971 543734363.

What we collect

  • Details you give us in our contact forms: full name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, property goal, budget, the unit type or project you are interested in, and your message.
  • Details you share when you write to or call us by email, phone or WhatsApp.
  • Details needed to manage a purchase if you decide to proceed, such as identity documents and information required under anti-money-laundering rules.
  • Technical browsing data: IP address, device and browser type, and pages visited. This is generated automatically when you open the site.

Please do not include special-category data in your message, such as health information or political opinions. We do not need it.

Why we use your data, and our legal basis

  • To reply to you and prepare a tailored proposal: a pre-contractual step taken at your request.
  • To manage your purchase and any follow-on services: necessary to perform our contract with you.
  • To meet legal obligations, including tax and anti-money-laundering rules: a legal obligation.
  • To run and protect the site, prevent misuse and defend our rights: our legitimate interests.
  • To send you marketing about new projects: only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time, or, if you are already a client, about similar services, with the right to object at any time.

The form fields marked with an asterisk are required so we can get back to you. Without them we cannot act on your enquiry.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data or pass it to third parties for their own purposes. Access is limited to:

  • our authorised advisors and staff, who are bound by confidentiality;
  • suppliers who support us, such as hosting, email and contact-management providers, acting on our behalf and on our instructions;
  • the developers, notaries, lawyers and advisors involved in a transaction, only when you decide to proceed and only as far as necessary;
  • public authorities, where the law requires it.

Transfers outside the European Economic Area

We operate between the United Arab Emirates and Italy, so your data may be processed in the UAE and by suppliers in other countries. When data of people in the European Economic Area is transferred to a country without an adequacy decision, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses, or on the derogations allowed by law, for example where the transfer is necessary to act on your request or perform a contract. You can ask us for details of these safeguards.

How long we keep it

  • Enquiries that do not lead to a purchase: for as long as needed to handle them and maintain reasonable commercial contact, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
  • Client and contract data: for the length of the relationship and the period afterwards required by applicable civil, tax and anti-money-laundering rules.
  • Marketing: until you withdraw consent or object.
  • Technical browsing data: for the period strictly needed for the security and operation of the site.

Your rights

Within the limits of applicable law, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021, you can ask to access, correct or erase your data, restrict its processing or receive it in a portable format. You can also object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out.

To exercise these rights, email info@axiagroup.com. If you believe your data has been handled unlawfully, you can complain to the competent supervisory authority, which in Italy is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

Security and minors

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure, although no system is ever completely secure.

Our services are aimed at adults and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
